Delivery and Shipping

Products marked as "In Stock" are stored in our different distribution centers. These products will ship within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Items are then sent by courier, we use Courierpost & Posthaste which will take 1-3 days to arrive depending on your location and the size of the parcel.

While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times.  In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package.  We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48hours.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Description

An entirely new perspective on safety - that's what you can expect from the Fly Racing Formula Helmet. Introducing a multi-layered and adaptive impact system, the Formula Helmet utilizes cutting-edge technologies focused on protection beyond the the risk of skull fractures and deep into the realm of dangerous concussions.

Fly's Impact Energy Cells, enhanced with RHEON, make up the Formula's first line of defence. With the help of RHEON, an innovative viscoelastic material, Fly's Impact Energy Cells enhance energy dissipation on impact through seven strategically placed energy cells in the helmet's interior. For the Formula Helmet's second act in protection, Fly has paired their patented Conehead EPS technology with expanded volume EPS in six highly critical zones, each specifically designed to respond accordingly to both low and high speed impacts. As an added bonus, the Conehead EPS design renders a softer and lighter EPS which increases the helmet's comfort by reducing its overall weight and more efficiently absorbing impact forces over a wider array of impact situations.

Adaptive Impact System:

  • Polycarbonate Alloy Shell:
    • a lightweight shell with superior penetration resistance.
  • Impact Energy Cells:
    • Made of RHEON, the Impact Energy Cells maximize absorption of low-speed linear and rotational impacts, reducing forces transmitted to the brain.
  • Conehead EPS Technology:
    • Provides a softer liner whereby the cones help manage or absorb an impact force more efficiently.
    • Six critical zones have been fine-tuned for a progressive response to low-speed and high-speed impacts.
  • Expanded volume EPS:
    • Strategic areas of the helmet have more impact-absorbing EPS, more suspension between your head and the ground.
