Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Orders over $139 qualify for our Free Nationwide shipping offer. Orders below are charged a flat rate of $7.99.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. A physical street address is required for all shipments.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 *Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to rural / non-rural addresses

NZBike.co.nz ships to addresses within New Zealand including all rural areas.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

NZBike.co.nz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

NZBike.co.nz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Specific delivery ETA

For a specific delivery ETA based on the exact item(s) you want to purchase, please call us at 03 366 3000 or message us via Chat before placing an order.

We understand that when you make an order, you want your parts as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. If urgent freight is required, we work closely with our vendors in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse if that means you will get the product faster.

Items will have an availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Most products will be marked "In Stock". 

While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times.  In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package.  We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

A shipping confirmation email including courier specific tracking information will be sent the same day as the item ships.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside New Zealand.
