Delivery and Shipping

Products marked as "In Stock" are stored in our different distribution centers. These products will ship within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Items are then sent by courier, we use Courierpost & Posthaste which will take 1-3 days to arrive depending on your location and the size of the parcel.

While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times.  In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package.  We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48hours.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Description The NITECORE UM4 is a QC input available intelligent USB four-slot charger with a total max output of 3,000 mA and a single slot max output of 1,500 mA and is capable of charging 4 batteries simultaneously and controlling each slot independently. It only takes 2 hours to charge 80% of a 3,500mAh battery. The LCD screen can display a real-time information of Battery Health by “Good” or “Poor”, Internal Resistance, Charging Current, Battery Voltage, Charged Volume and Charging time. It can enable an automatic detection of battery power level and automatic selection of the appropriate voltage and charging mode and automatic selection between 3 charging modes (CC, CV and -dV/dt). The charging parameters can be set manually to meet various charging needs. The specially designed Micro USB port is compatible with various mobile power source, solar panel and USB adaptors to ensure endless power supply. UM4 incorporates an optimized IMR battery charging program, which is able to monitor the entire charging process, ensuring that the cut-off voltage is always within safe limits to extend the lifespan of the batteries. The UM4 is compatible with 3.6V/3.7V Li-ion rechargeable batteries, 3.8V Li-ion rechargeable batteries, 1.2V Ni-MH/Ni-Cd rechargeable batteries and 3.2V LiFePO4 batteries. Multiple safeguards ensure the safe charging process, including automatic battery internal resistance detection, anti-short circuiting and reverse polarity protection, overtime charging protection, over-discharged Li-ion battery activation and over-discharged IMR battery restoration. Apart from being constructed from durable and fire retardant PC materials, the built-in temperature regulation system is designed to prevent the overheat and to ensure the stability of the charging process. If there is no action to the buttons or batteries in 3 minutes, the screen will automatically go dim to save energy.
