Delivery and Shipping

Products marked as "In Stock" are stored in our different distribution centers. These products will ship within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Items are then sent by courier, we use Courierpost & Posthaste which will take 1-3 days to arrive depending on your location and the size of the parcel.

While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times.  In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package.  We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48hours.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

PRO Rearbag tail bag With its universal fit, the PRO Rearbag is just as suitable for use on street bikes as it is for the passenger seat of a touring enduro. With a volume of 22 liters, which can be expanded up to 34 liters, the bag offers enough space for luggage on the passenger seat of your motorcycle. You can even stow your helmet in the Rearbag. The slightly convex underside adapts to the seat and is equipped with anti-slip material. The top of the PRO rearbag tail bag, made of dimensionally stable and laminated EVA material, gives additional bags a secure hold on the sewn-on MOLLE attachment. The tail bag from the PRO series is made of indestructible 1680 D Ballistic Nylon, which was originally designed for military use. It also boasts high-quality workmanship and well thought-out features: reflective attachments ensure better visibility, robust lashing hooks secure the bags quickly and easily at the tail, and a MOLLE attachment on the top allows accessory bags to be attached. The patented lashing hooks allow flexible attachment of the PRO tail bags. The straps are hooked and tensioned in one step. To remove the bag, the strap is released in one easy step and removed from the lashing eyelet by pulling on the drawstring. The excess strap length can be secured to the strap with a Velcro® fastener. This allows the bag to be used on different motorcycles, and the strap length can be adjusted accordingly.
