Delivery and Shipping

Products marked as "In Stock" are stored in our different distribution centers. These products will ship within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Items are then sent by courier, we use Courierpost & Posthaste which will take 1-3 days to arrive depending on your location and the size of the parcel.

While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times.  In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package.  We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48hours.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

URBAN ABS Top case Sporty, lightweight and robust: The aerodynamic URBAN ABS top case with 16 to 29 l volume is just the right size for short, everyday trips or leisure rides, and even holds a helmet. This particularly comfortable model of the URBAN ABS top case is easily attached to the STREET-RACK using the DHV system, a newly developed quick-release fastener. An adapter kit is required for installing on the ADVENTURE-RACK. The top case is easily and firmly attached to the carrier with a single push and can be additionally secured with the integrated anti-theft protection. In combination with the URBAN ABS side cases, you can create plenty of storage on your street bike for long trips. The top case and side cases of the URBAN ABS series underline the dynamics of your motorcycle and only minimally affect the riding properties. Enjoy your tour without having to worry about your luggage: waterproof inner bag, integrated anti-theft protection, lockable zipper and the lock for motorcycle luggage included in delivery protect the contents from wind, weather and theft. The ABS plastic combines light weight with exceptional resilience. Furthermore, the material distinguishes itself with its rigidity, high impact resistance, weather and UV resistance, and we have used it for years. The textured surface of the URBAN ABS case is easy to care for and resists scratching. The top can be fully opened and enables a good overview and accessibility of your luggage on the inside. Secure mount on the STREET-RACK or ADVENTURE-RACK with a single hand movement thanks to the DHV system (quick-release fastener).
